Seaside Roses

Seaside Roses, 9x12, oil/linen
plein air painting
$350
After nearly three weeks of drizzle, rain, thunderstorms, fog and generally damp crummy weather the sun is finally shining! The temperature could be a little warmer for the end of May but hey, it's a lot better than it has been. Sunday and Monday the Connecticut Plein Air Painters Society held a paint-out in Madison. The beach roses are in bloom all along the Connecticut coast making for an ideal subject.
I've placed several paintings in a new gallery in Madison, The Art Bin. It's right in the center of town, on the Boston Post Road. If you're local or visiting in the area please stop in.
